A temporary / occasional sitting service for the DFW Metroplex

Caring - Our Staff of over 200 sitters were all interviewed face to face and carefully screened before being accepted. All must meet the following criteria:

minimum of two years childcare education or experience
18 years of age or older
CPR certification
bonded
security background checks on file
personal references on file
have a "heart" for children

Caring Hands Agency has been providing sitting arrangements since 1979.

Dependable - Caring Hands is committed to providing you with dependable service. Rates are charged hourly plus an agency fee. There is a four hour minimum, and cancellation fees are charged only after a sitter is confirmed.

Caring Hands Agency has provided sitting arrangements for the Greater Dallas Metroplex since 1979.

	24 hour care - 7 days a week.
	temporary or summer nanny service.

	security procedures for child safety.
	Additional services (i.e. light housekeeping, school pick-ups, errands) available - additional charges will apply.

Excellent - Caring Hands offers on-site childcare for numerous private homes, premier hotels, and churches in our area and for special events such as weddings, trade shows, corporate meetings, and various group events.

The children enjoy participating in the planned activities and mini-camps during these events.

New Clients - To become a Caring Hands Agency client you must complete the Client Registration Packet which includes:

	Client Registration Agreement
	Family Profile
	Child Care Authorization (if applicable)
	Medical & Emergency Info Form

Rates - A $50.00 registration fee and a signed agreement will start the process of a job request. Base rate for caregivers begins at $10.00 per hour, additional based on number of children and type of assignment. A minimum $12.00 service fee per job will be billed at the end of each month services are used. The Agency requires a 4 hour minimum on all jobs.

Requirements for Placing a Sitting Request - Those placing sitting requests must be a current registered client with Caring Hands Agency. When making a sitting request by phone, fax, or email, please be sure to give the following information:

	Your full name
	Telephone number
	Day of the week and dates you are requesting service
	Arrival and estimated end time for the sitting
	If you wish to request a specific caregiver, please indicate

What happens after you place a sitting request? Orders are scheduled on a week-to-week basis based on availability of sitters that week. You will not receive a call until a sitter is confirmed unless we have a question about your sitting request. Your sitting is automatically filled with another available, qualified sitter if requested caregivers are not available.
